Konnect Personnel was founded by Joanne (Jeongah) Pyo who has over 20 years' experience working in various roles and functions in global companies. Joanne's most recent position was Head of Human Resources at LG Electronics U.K. Limited.

Joanne has also gained extensive experience in wider business areas including corporate planning, finance and banking.

Throughout her professional career, Joanne has continuously developed her skills and has acquired various qualifications including CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development) level 7 certificate, MBA (Master of Business Administration) and AICPA (American Institute of Certified Public Accountants).

These business experiences gained throughout her professional career enable Joanne to provide valuable insight and advice for both clients and job seekers.
